1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Trade Legend, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Trade Legend provides a directory for people and businesses to compare listed tradespeople and their available public review profiles. A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of credentials, quality, or availability. We do not provide the trade services or enter into the contract for work you arrange directly with a listed business. This does not exclude any responsibility we have under applicable law.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use our directory exclusively for lawful purposes. Harassing, submitting false reviews, or attempting to scrape or exploit the database of tradespeople is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

4. Tradesperson Vetting

We have not independently checked every listed business. Accreditation badges are shown only when a matching check against a supported official register and a business-specific source link are recorded and current under our verification policy. Ratings are recorded snapshots, not a guarantee of future work. Before hiring, check the official registration and its scope, insurance, references and suitability for your particular job.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Directory information can change, and we cannot promise that every listing is complete, current or suitable for a particular job. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
