Every tradesperson on Trade Legend must pass our rigorous 5-step verification process, which includes identity checks, insurance verification, and a manual review of their previous customer feedback. Look for the 'Legend Verified' badge on their profile.
Is Trade Legend free for homeowners?
Yes, our platform is completely free for homeowners. You can search, compare, and contact any tradesperson in our directory without paying any hidden fees or commissions to us.
What happens if I have a dispute with a tradesperson?
We advise communicating directly with the tradesperson first in writing. If the dispute is unresolved after 14 days, you can escalate the issue to our dedicated complaints team at complaints@tradelegend.co.uk to trigger an internal review.
How do I leave a review for a completed job?
After a job is finished, you can navigate to the tradesperson's profile page and click the 'Leave a Review' button. You will be required to verify your email address or phone number to ensure the review's authenticity.
